Dash!
A New York City transit app
Challenge
Used by 10,000+ users, the goal for Dash's UX & UI redesign was to attract more users and create a better experience for current users.
Approach
By figuring out pain points & conducting user testing at various stages, the app is redesigned with a 'live dashboard' that provides real-time updates on its home screen, instead of information that was previously hidden and took 3-4 clicks to retrieve.
Users are now also guided through the process & given options to customize their alert, making them feel more in control and empowered by Dash.
